A pretty good summation.

Sorry for lack of substantial blog post, we’ve all been a bit busy recently. But here’s a pretty good summation of the solution proposed by conservatives and neo-liberals to every problem they have faced in the last 30 years.

Enjoy.

clip 0.16-0.19 sums up labour nicely as well. We want your vote but we arnt telling you what we will do

With labour having no policies if I was the coalition I would call a snap general election to take place in a months time. Labour would be hammered as it wouldnt really have time to decide policy. If I were you I would get some. Your two years into opposistion and dont have any. Yes if you start annoucing them we might decide to nick them, but thats your loss for not winning the lections. And the way the medias going we could be only 60 days from an election

Wow Pete, when I thought you’re critical thinking abilities couldn’t get any lower, you just smashed that by taking it to another level. You have demonstrably shown you have absolutely no understanding of the electoral cycle in British politics.

No opposition party puts forward detailed policies for a general election at this stage in the general election, hell no incumbent government would either. Both lay out overarching themes they may well adopt, but none of them put forward large amounts of detailed policies 3 years away from a general election. Cameron was very much in the same position in 2007.

The fact that you believe a vague feeling from the media is demonstration that a snap general election would be called in the next absurd is further evidence for complete lack of understanding of the current political climate. Neither party is ready or willing to break apart right now.
